Telephone Chaos - Update
It seems that the problems with the Long Sutton Telephone Exchange are not yet over, with some residents continuing to experience problems with telephone and Broadband services. BT's engineers are still struggling to resolve the cable problems following the installation of new equipment in preparation for Superfast Broadband. As a result of the excessive rewiring that has been necessary, engineers have informed one of our residents that a major cable needs to be replaced and this is likely to result in further outages whilst the work is undertaken. Current plans are for this work to be completed in the next two months.
